We offer a full line of belt conveyor Covers and Hoods designed to provide protection from the elements for the conveyed cargo and the Conveyor's components and accessories and ensure worker safety while allowing easy inspection and maintenance. Hoods are available for belts 18" to 96" wide and 3" thru 5" conveyor idler spacing with custom sizing available.
The Conveyor Belt Covers are available in galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass, or painted steel. The Conveyor Hood coverage is available in full (180° arc) coverage, in three-quarter (135° arc) coverage, and in half (90° arc) coverage. For 135° or 90° Hoods, screens are available to shield the return belt to keep workers safe from moving components and block access for animals.
