The continuous ship loader is a continuous machine used for bulk cargo loading operations and is connected to the rear conveyor system. It takes the cantilever belt conveyor as the main body and consists of the belt conveyor and other working mechanisms (rotation, luffing, telescopic, operation) and the frame.
Our bulk ship loaders are able to load bulk carriers up to 120,000 DWT at rates of up to 6000 t/h. It's commonly used in ports and terminals to streamline the loading process, particularly for commodities like:
Rail-mounted ship loaders are mostly used for bulk material loading operations in ports and terminals. Suitable for fast and continuous material transportation with an efficiency of 6000 tons/h.
The slewing ship loader is ideal for compact ports and docks, or tight unloading spaces. Its telescopic and luffing boom design provides the flexibility to accommodate a variety of vessel sizes.
The fixed ship loader is extensively utilized for loading bulk cargoes, such as coal, ore, grain, cement, onto ships at terminals.
