• Multiple Stacking Modes

  There are six modes of stockpiling: radial windrow, in-line windrow, radial conical, in-line conical, flat top, full desergregated. The flat top mode is mainly used in building heap leaching pad for extracting precious metals from low grade minerals.

• Larger Stockpile Capabilty

  Stockpile heights up to 20 metres (65 ft). Stockpiling capacities from 1,200 tonnes to 200,000 tonnes at 270 degrees. Telescopic stockpile approximately 30% increased capacity when comparing typical conical stockpile build by inclined stacker belt conveyor.

• High Quality Stockpiling

  Stockpiling "In specification material" reduces re-blending/ remixes process. Our radial telescopic stacker conveyors will significantly reduce segregation, degradation, compaction and contamination of bulk materials, especially aggregates, during storage.

• Pit Portable Axle Radial Arms

  This pit radial arm is made from heavy duty fabricated steel. It is designed for highest stockpiling capacity, highest tonnage applications. Compared with the FD series radial arm, it require manpower to switch to in-line moving mode.

• FD Portable Axle Radial Arms

  Hydraulically transfers telescopic stacker from inline to radial mode in seconds. Walking beam suspension properly balances conveyor and load. It is also suitable for highest capacity, highest tonnage applications.
