APPLICATION

The bulk material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the plate chain, where it is discharged by itself under the action of gravity. You can use our bucket elevator conveyor to handle materials like ore, aggregate and sand, coal, limestone, gypsum, cement, cement clinker, others.

It is widely used in industries like mining, quarrying, building, power, cement, steel, chemical and so on.

FEATURES

NE bucket elevator uses alloy plate chain and gravity unloading.
High-strength alloy steel plate chain, wear-resistant and stable.
Multiple drive modes are available, and the drive platform is equipped with guardrails and guardrails, which is easy to maintain.
Guide rails are provided to prevent the chain from running off during operation.
The bucket elevator conveyor drive part is equipped with a backstop to prevent material back-flow.
A tension device is provided at the bottom to facilitate the adjustment of the chain tension.
The lifting range is wide, and the requirements for the type and nature of the material are few.
