APPLICATION

GTH round link chain bucket elevator conveyor is suitable for vertical conveying of abrasive powder, granular and small block materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc. It is widely used in industries like mining, building, power, cement, steel, chemical and so on.

FEATURES

The high-strength round link chain, after heat treatment, has high tensile strength, good wear resistance and long service life.
The tail adopts a spring screw tensioning device, which can realize manual and automatic tightening to avoid slipping or chain off.
The lower part adopts a heavy hammer lever type tensioning device, which can realize automatic tensioning.
No adjustment is required after one installation, and constant tensioning force can be maintained, thus ensuring the normal operation of the machine and avoiding slipping or chain derailment.
Assembled sprocket, the wheel body and the wheel rim are connected by high-strength bolts to reduce maintenance costs. Details display.
