Using automatic roller production equipment and high-precision steel pipe materials, the production roller has lower rotation resistance(f≤0.01) and long service life (more than 50,000 hours), which is suitable for long-distance belt conveyor.
The design method is combined with the combination of drum theory calculation and ANSYS finite cloud analysis method. The pulley shell is made of high-precision straight seam welded steel pipe, and the pulley spindle is made of 45 # steel forging.
Our belt conveyor adopted elastic rubber constant pressure cleaner and diagonal pressure plough type constant pressure cleaner. Adopting constant pressure design, it is a professional product of our company, with very strong cleaning ability.
We has completed the design of various components with a belt width of 500mm to 1400mm by adapting modular and highly versatile design concept. We have a warehouse for regular storage to provide high quality products.
