With continuous technical innovation and practice, we took two years to develop K3 Modular Design Belt Conveyor based on experience of mine aggregate conveying industry.

Applications: K3 Modular Design Belt Conveyor can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemicals, light industry, machinery, petroleum and other industries.

Some Detail Applications: ship/barge loading & unloading in port and terminal, railway train loading & unloading, ore conveying in mines, sand/gravel/aggregate conveying, stacker for stockpiling management, cement plant, concrete mixer plant, etc.

    The driving device has sufficient power, impact resistance, and lower noise (below 60dB), box-type protective cover design. Our machine can meet international advanced noise reduction and environmental protection standards.

    Carrying Idlers: High-precision steel tube idlers with lower rotation resistance(f≤0.01)

    Using automatic roller production equipment and high-precision steel pipe materials, the production roller has lower rotation resistance(f≤0.01) and long service life (more than 50,000 hours), which is suitable for long-distance belt conveyor.

    Driven Pulley: High-precision straight seam welding pulley with compact structure

    The design method is combined with the combination of drum theory calculation and ANSYS finite cloud analysis method. The pulley shell is made of high-precision straight seam welded steel pipe, and the pulley spindle is made of 45 # steel forging.
