APPLICATION

Belt type bucket elevator is a series of hoppers evenly fixed on the endless belt. It is a continuous conveying machine for vertical lifting of materials. It is suitable for lifting from low to high. Belt bucket elevator is widely used in the lifting of bulk materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain and other industries. It is widely used in handling materials like grains, fertilizers, potash, salt, cement, sand and gravel and other materials.

FEATURES

The belt bucket elevator can lift various powdery, granular and blocky materials (≤30mm), and the material temperature is ≤120℃.
Due to the high strength of the wire rope belt and stable operation, the lifting height of the belt bucket elevator can reach 80m.
Large lifting capacity. The belt bucket elevator can lift 32-788m3/h.
Long-term practice has proved that the trouble-free operation time of this elevator can reach 30,000 hours.
Compared with general elevators, the belt bucket elevator conveyor saves more than 30% of energy consumption.
There are fewer wearing parts, and the maintenance cost is reduced by more than 80% compared with general bucket elevators.
