What are the components of DTⅡbelt conveyor?

components spare part and structure of DTⅡbelt conveyor

1. Head Chute

Conveyor head chute is designed to be an integral part of a conveyor system. Our pre-engineered chute protects and cushions the chute from the material being handled. We can build, design, fabricate and install chutes, and also repair and re-align existing chutes.

2. Head Belt Cleaner

Head Belt cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system. Belt cleaners help remove bulk material product carry back and prevent it from falling off at various points of the conveyor along the return side of the belt causing various housekeeping and conveyor belt maintenance problems.

3. Driving Drum Pulley

Driving Drum (Head Pulley/Transmission Drum) D riving drum is the main part of belt conveyor to transmit power. Driving drum is the main part of belt conveyor to transmit power. Drive drum pulleys are the key component in any materials handling unit.

4. Head Frame

5. Safety Guard Device

Always replace the safety guards and protective devices before putting the conveyor back in service. Do not run the conveyor with the chain drive guards open or missing. Maintenance personnel should be alert for hazardous conditions at all times.

6. Conveyor Belt

Conveyor belt is the traction component and load-bearing component of conveyor. This series of belt conveyor adopts ordinary belt. The tensile body (core layer) has cotton canvas, nylon canvas, polyester canvas and steel wire rope core.

7. Carrying Idlers

Carrying rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove shape frame, Groove shape forward inclined idler frame and transition idler frames.  Rollers include high quality bearing, multi-labyrinth sealing, greased and sealed for life and critical specifications essential for high performance.

8. Impact Idlers

Impact Idlers Pioneer Conveyor regularly produces a variety of impact structure and idlers to suite our customer's needs. Impact rollers are used as carrying rollers instead of normal steel rollers at a loading point. On steel roller there are rubber rings assembled, side by side, to absorb the weight and impact of material falling onto the belt.

9. Discharging Chute

The discharging device is used for discharging at any point in the middle of the conveyor. This series has three kinds of variable slot angle unloaders: bilateral unloader, left unloader and right unloader. It is applicable to the conveyor with belt speed less than or equal to 2.5m/s, material block degree less than 50mm, and the conveyor belt adopts vulcanization joint.

10. Return Pulley

Return pulleys guide the belt from the lower run to the upper run, and don‘t have any driving function. SKE sells particularly robust and easy-to-maintain return pulleys to ensure the longevity of your conveying system. A wide variety of return pulley options are available to you, such as round belt, flat belt, and v-belt. You can also choose from alloy, nylon, and steel. As well as from free samples, paid samples.

11. Screw Take-UP /Tension Device

Screw Take-ups standard hinged type standard Screw Take-ups are suited for medium duty service and are designed to accommodate a variety of types of pillow block bearings up to 2 15/16″ diameters with overall length to 39″.

12. Tail Frame

13. Non-Load Cleaner

V-shaped non-loaded cleaners are mainly used for cleaning the belt around the bend pulley in return strand, which can insure the belt in clean condition and prevent big materials from getting stuck between pulleys and belts to damage the equipment.

14. Return Idlers

Return idlers often deal with the undercarriage of the belt, which moves in the reverse direction. They can help to control aspects of belt return that contributes to the general function of the conveyor belt, such as the width or tension between the top belt and the return.

15. Middle Frame

16. Motor

17. Hydraulic Coupling

18. Breaker

19. Reducer

20. Coupling
